Why isn't my password working?
Your password is case-sensitive, so please make sure you have typed it exactly as you did when you initially created it.

How do I change my password?
Once logged in, click on the "My Stuff" tab, select "Edit Your Profile" and choose "Sign-In Information". Next click on the "change password" link to reset your password.

How do I change my email address?
Once logged in, click on the "My Stuff" tab, select "Edit Your Profile" and choose "Site Options". Scroll down to the "Email Configuration" section and enter your new email address in the "Private email" textbox. Click on the Save button at the bottom of your screen.

How do I update my account information?
Once logged in, click the "My Stuff" tab and select "Edit Your Profile". Since things change, you are also able to update education, employment, income, marital status and last name. Keeping your profile updated helps us send surveys that are relevant to you.

How often will members be asked to participate in surveys and/or projects?
This really depends on how busy we are, but we try to invite you to at least 1 survey and/or project a month. Keep in mind, sometimes we want to hear from moms only or dads only or maybe moms of older kids for one survey and moms of younger kids for another. We know a lot of you want more surveys and we do our best to invite you to projects and surveys designed for you.

How do I reply to a post?
Once logged in, click on the discussion you wish to participate in. Under the participant's post you wish you respond to, click on the "reply" button. Your post will show up directly under the post you have responded to.

Why haven't I received any surveys and/or projects lately?
If it has been more than a month or so, it's possible that our emails are getting caught up in your Junk/SPAM folders. Please add memberinfo@simplyfreshinsights.com to your contacts/safe senders list. Also, you can always login to your account and look under the "Projects" heading on the home page to see if there are new projects waiting for you.

I just had a problem with a project. What should I do?
Email us at memberinfo@simplyfreshinsights.com and be sure to include: 1) the project name, and 2) the problem you're having.

How do I check the balance of my rewards in my account?
Once logged in, select the "My Stuff" tab and choose the option "My Rewards". Here you will find your account balance, and history of redeemed incentives.

How do I redeem my rewards in my account?
Once logged in, select the "My Stuff" tab and choose "My Rewards". Select the "Redeem" option and follow the instructions. Typically, your request will take 2-4 weeks to process.

How long does it take to receive my money after I redeem?
You should receive your check within 4 weeks of requesting it. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, please send us an email with your username and we will look into it.

How do I cancel my membership?
Once logged in, click the "My Stuff" tab, select "Edit Your Profile" and choose "Close My Account."

How do I know I got paid after participating in a project? How long does it take to post in my account?
If you completed an online survey, your account will be credited upon completion. If you take part in a different type of online project, the details will be included in your invitation. Typically, your account will be credited the full incentive within 1-2 weeks of the project closing.

When do "featured members" receive their gift certificates?
Each month we'll post the "featured members" on our homepage. If you see your username there, the gift code has been credited to your account and can be accessed by clicking the "My Stuff" tab and then on "My Rewards."
